Trucking Cares Foundation was honored to sponsor a table in the memory of the late David Parker at the United States Marine Corps Heritage Foundation Annual Awards Dinner on Saturday, April 29. The event was held at the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Quantico, Virginia.

A longtime trucking executive and respected leader within ATA, Parker was a Marine officer, attorney, a member of the Founders of the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation and vice chairman of the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation board of directors. He was also involved in the formation of the Trucking Cares Foundation and served actively on our Board of Directors. We celebrate David Parker’s contributions to the Trucking Cares Foundation, ATA, trucking, and our country.

ATA’s continued support of the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation further cements our industry’s commitment to our armed forces from which so many within the trucking industry formerly served.
